My professional journey has evolved through a timeline of personal healing, formal accreditations, and extensive self-led study in areas closely related to the mind, thought, behavior, philosophy, and spirituality.
In 2017, I began on a path in spiritual and holistic coaching, which opened doors to diverse healing modalities such as shamanism (accredited in September 2019), crystal healing (accredited in March 2019), sound therapy (2019), and Akashic records (accredited in 2021). These accreditations reflect my commitment to expanding my therapeutic toolkit while remaining firmly grounded in evidence-based practices. These areas serve as vital components of my approach to therapy and counseling, contributing to a rich and well-rounded perspective.
While spirituality plays a significant role in my work, it is integrated in a manner that adds depth and meaning to the therapeutic process, ensuring that clients receive a holistic and grounded approach that goes beyond mere mysticism.
My academic journey in psychology commenced in 2021, with a Bachelor's degree currently in progress and plans for an Honors program set to commence in 2025. During this time I achieved my Diploma of Behavioural Science and Mental Health (2022). This educational milestone laid the foundation for my practice as a therapist. Building upon this, I secured certification in Solution-Based Counseling in October 2023.
My professional values, rooted in empathy, resilience, and compassion, align with my goal of empowering clients to connect with themselves, uncover their passions and purpose, and realize their true potential, fostering a profound connection with themselves and the universe.
