Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel your therapy appointment. To ensure the smooth operation of our practice and accommodate the needs of all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy: 1. Less Than 24-Hour Cancellations: For cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, the client is responsible for the full session fee. Any future sessions cannot be scheduled until the full session fee is paid. 2. No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show (a client who fails to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice), the client is responsible for the full session fee. The full fee must be paid before any new sessions will be scheduled. 3. Multiple No-Shows or Last-Minute Cancellations: If a client has two no-shows or two cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, they will forfeit their place as a client in our practice. 4. Cancellation Process: To cancel an appointment, please contact us by calling or emailing the provided contact information. We kindly request that you notify us at least 2-3 days in advance to avoid cancellation fees. 5. Payment Plans: We understand that financial situations can vary, and we are open to discussing payment plans to ensure that you receive the support you need. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy. This policy helps us maintain the quality of our services and ensures that we can serve all clients effectively.
