A quiet, slow and soft session, relax and restore sessions are for those who need a break or need a moment to reset! I focus on providing a space so calming and relaxing you'll probablly fall asleep! (This is a good thing!) while you rest, I use crystals, essential oils, and soft music to gently align your energy body, this is for those who specifically don't want anything awakened or activated, and just need a little cleansing to feel fresh and complete!
